In the rare instance you are ever dissatisfied with your PottyMD purchase, please follow the instructions listed. We will gladly refund your purchase for  unused merchandise within 30 days (less S&H) if returned undamaged in their original packaging. PottyMD reserves the right to examine the watch to find if it is resalable. If there is any soiling of the band, scratches to the face of the watch etc, it will be returned to you at your cost. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on used watches.
  There is a 20% restocking fee if products are deemed resaleable.
